I bought a combo set of clippers from Sally's. I tried them one time and they made a grinding noise, and they scared my customer.
I don't really understand why this happened, but Sally's doesn't accept returns and your customer service number just keeps saying they're closed, which is very frustrating. The clippers are for my business and I'm losing money.

Ive had these clippers for a year, however have only used them a handful of times due to them being my spares, however, randomly in the middle of grooming a dog, they stopped working. This isnt the first issue Ive had too, I had one battery that wouldnt charge at all when I first received them, and another battery that almost set fire to my bag. Never buying their clippers again

I bought a set of hair clippers for my boyfriend for CHRISTmas, spending nearly $100.after the first cut and trim I proceeded to cut and trim my boyfriends hair for the 2 nd time and the clippers were already DULL!!
I called ANDIS customer service so I could send back this horrible product in exchange for a different pair of ANDIS clippers that actually trim and cut hair as advertised.but to my grave disappointment the only thing that ANDIS will do is replace the pair that I DONT WANT!!!!s

I bought andis pulsezr11 in 2020 it is used twice a year for one sheep and now I am unable to charge the batteries , The base is showing green but when attached to clippers it is yellow going to red , I need to know what I have to buy to make clippers work again

Faulty equipment
I purchased pulsezr 2 from amazon in 2020 , The clipper is used twice a year on one sheep , Now I cannot charge the batteries, The pod light is green but when battery is attached to the clipper the light is yellow turning red therefore has not charged , I am not satisfied with this as the clipper has not had much use, I need to know what I now need to purchase so that my clipper works , This is not a cheap item and feel it should have a longer life Regards M Robinson
Faulty goods
I purchased pulsezr2 from amazon In 2020 it is used twice a year on one sheep , I tried to recharge batteries for use of the clipper , The base showed green but when attached to clipper yellow light is showing which then turns red therefore it has not charged the batteries, I feel as this is not a cheap item it should have a longer life as it as not been overused, I need to know what I need to purchase to make my clipper work Regard M Robinson

Andis have emailed me and want me to send the clippers to them , They have no idea what the problem is ,
I was told I would be recovering a pair of GTX exo in place of the ones that was broken I haven’t received them
I have andis GTX exo that's not working they have a shortening that allows it to cut on and off and I also have a pair of Master Call Lizz that I drop in the often on switch broke off How can I go back in and fix or replaced
Clippers stop working
I have 2 cordless andis slim pro stop dont charge dont come on and 1 Andis master cordless the charge light comes on clippers dont come on Ive only had these clippers 7 months
Clipper battery trouble
Spoke with Andis customer service. I have a $300 Andis Supra clipper and started noticing battery corrosion.
I was informed that they have a strict 12 month warranty. The battery corrosion is not my fault,it has been happening since I bought it,and had not noticed it until it began not charging. I have purchased thousands of dollars of Andis equipment,and if they do not replace it then I will support another company.
There are many options to choose from. I hope Andis doesnt lose a customer of a battery.

This seller is unreasonable/unprofessional. The curtain was returned in better condition that it was actually given to me.
It was wrapped in a BALL with multiple CREASES in a very SMALL bag to me and STUFFED in my mail box when I received it. It was VERY tacky and did not go with my decor and in my opinion, the quality of the image was VERY poor and looked cheap. I sent the package back in less than 3 days in NEW condition--NO STAINS, NO ODORS, NO TEARS, ETC. A strain of hair on the curtain that I hung in my room for less than 5 minutes does not NOT qualify AS DAMAGED.
I am a female and have hair a stain fell on the curtain---get over it. The box took on some air because of damage done by the carrier to the box---NOT the curtain (keep in mind this is mere CLOTH not anything fragile/breakable) , not me but the curtain again has NO STAINS, ORDORs, TEARS.
It also did not come to me in any additional plastic packaging and had a few *** in it when I received it be because I'm NOT PETTY and CHEAP and the curtain was fine--I made no complaint of it! The minute it was opened an hung--it was exposed to AIR, yet the seller claims it's no longer new because it was exposed to air--mosridiculous thing I've heard in in life.
